Is this bot allowed by Fansly?
Yes and no. Fansly's ToS does state that they don't support API usage. We reached out to fansly for an official comment, and they responded with the following:
We cannot provide support for the API at this time.
After talking with another bot developer on the platform (zergo0), he said that he had been using the API for a while and had not had issues, as long as rate limits and other restrictions were followed. We have taken steps to ensure that we are following all of the rules and restrictions that fansly has set in place. However, we cannot guarantee that fansly will take action against your account or the bot account, as we have no official statement from fansly on the matter nor do we have control over fansly's actions.
Think of this like the discord "client mod" situation. Discord does not support client mods, but they do not take action against anyone who uses them, as long as it's not with malicious intent.
