Getting Started
This guide assumes you have a few things. You will need:
- Access to a FanslyCreatorBot instance with administrator rights on the server.
- A Fansly CREATOR account. You must be verified to use this bot.
- Around 10 minutes of time to set up the bot.
This bot is not affiliated with Fansly. It is a third-party bot that is not endorsed by Fansly. We are not responsible for any actions taken against your account by Fansly. Use this bot at your own risk. Please see a further disclaimer in the FAQ section.
Adding the bot to your server
First, you need to add your branded instance or public instance of FanslyCreatorBot to your server. To do this, you need to have the Manage Server permission on the server. If you do not have this permission, you will need to contact a server administrator to add the bot for you.
For branded instances, this link will be given to you.
The public instance is not yet available. Please stay tuned for updates on this.
Branded Instances Setup
Branded instances are instances of FanslyCreatorBot that are hosted by us, but branded for your use. This means that you can have your own custom bot, with your own custom branding, without having to host it yourself. This is a paid service, and you can find more information on our website.
Currently, branded instances are the only way to use FanslyCreatorBot. We are working on a public instance, but it is not yet available.
Importing your tiers
Most of the details we need to run the bot have already been set up for you. However, we need to set up a few things before we can start using the bot. First, we need to import your subscription tiers. To do this, run /tiers import in the server. This will import all of your subscription tiers into the bot.
Click confirm to import your tiers.
Only active tiers are imported. If you have a tier that is not active, it will not be imported.
Setting up roles for your tiers
Next, we need to setup automatic roles for your tiers. Let's say you have a tier called Tier 1. You want to give users who subscribe to this tier a role called Tier 1. To do this, run /tiers role add Tier 1 Tier 1. This will set up the role for you.
You can use tab to autocomplete tier names. For example, if you have a tier called Tier 1, you can type /tiers role add Tier and use the arrows to choose Tier 1.
Removing roles for your tiers
If you want to remove a role from a tier, you can do so by running /tiers role remove Tier 1 Tier 1. This will remove the role from the tier.
Setting the follower role
This step is not required. We recommend doing it, but it is not required.
If you want to set a role for users who follow you, you can do so by running /tiers role setfollowerrole <role>. This will set the follower role for your server. You can remove the follower role by running /tiers role clearfollowerrole
Setting up sync
Sync is a little more involved than the other setup steps. Please read the sync guide for more information.
